Allergies 

In the Main Menu, select Setup, EHR.  Click Allergies.

You can add and delete allergies from here. If a patient is already linked to an allergy, you can safely hide the allergy so that it won't show up for other patients. It will still continue to show for patients already using it.  Double click an allergy to edit.

The SNOMED allergy type is optional.  The medication field is only used for EHR.

To attach an allergy to a patient, go to that patient's Medical page. Click Add Allergy. 

Reaction and date of adverse reaction are optional.
