Mobile App 

You can try out the demo now from any mobile device.  Type https://m.opndn.com into your mobile browser. Don't forget the "s" in https.  Save it as a favorite.

Before using it with your actual office data, you will need to call us to set up a $10/month charge to help cover the increased load on our servers.

To upload your data to our server, go to the Main Menu, Tools, Mobile.

Host Server Address: No need to ever change this.  This is where your office data will be sent during synchronization.
Minutes Between Synch: 10 minutes is probably a good setting to start with. One disadvantage to synching too frequently is that the workstation you are synching from might lock up momentarily while it tries to synch. A longer interval will minimize that problem.
Exclude Appointments Before: This can reduce the amount of time it takes for the initial synch. Leave it blank to include all appointments.
Workstation for Synching: Only one workstation in the office will synch with our server.
User Name: This functions very much like a password.  It protects your data from hackers, so it must be at least 10 characters long and it must be complicated.  The User Name will be remembered on your mobile device so that you don't have to type it in again after the first time.  There is currently a small bug where some symbols will result in a failed login attempt on the mobile device. Specifically, we are aware that the &, +, and sometimes the % symbols cannot be part of the username.  This will be fixed soon.
Password: Can be short and simple. It protects viewing of your data by anyone else on your mobile device.

Delete All: At any time, you can delete all data from our server.
Full Synch: Will delete all data from our server and then upload fresh data.  This should only need to be done once.
Synch: A synch can be forced at any time in addition to the automatic timed synch.

Type in the User name and Password that you set previously.  Click the Login button.

Another solution is to use Remote Access software to remotely connect to an office computer from the mobile device. Some scrolling will be required to see the different parts of the office screen.
