Major Features
Web Sched ASAP eService: Send text or email messages about last minute appointment openings to patients on the ASAP list. Messages include a clickable link patients can use to schedule their ASAP appointment online.

  • Patients can schedule appointments from their desktop or mobile device.
  • Messages are appointment and patient specific.
  • Scheduled appointments appear in your Appointments schedule in real time.
  • Right click on an opening in the appointment schedule to quickly send a text message about an opening to patients on the ASAP List.
  • Patient can opt out of receiving ASAP appointment text/email notifications.

User Queries

  • Mark favorite user queries as 'released' vs 'not released'. 'Released' queries can be run by users with less security permissions.
  • User Query window interface enhancements.
  • Query Parser simplifies setting variables in queries.
  • UserQueryAdmin permission allows/blocks users from writing, editing, and running queries, adding/removing favorites, and marking queries as released/not released.
  • UserQuery permission changed to allow/block users from running released queries and changing query variables.

Miscellaneous

  • Claim Snapshots are turned on by default.
  • 'Skip for now' option added for Auto Note prompts. If edited later, the prompt will reappear.
  • 'Skip Altogether' option in an Auto Note prompt skips the prompt completely and blanks it out. If edited later, the prompt will not reappear.
  • If the provider on the appointment does not match at least one provider on an attached procedure when setting the appointment complete, user will receive a prompt.
  • Patient clones can be associated to a specialty
