In the Main Menu, click Help, Support Status.

View details about the support status for an office. An active internet connection is required to view support status.
- Registration Key: Displays the registration key entered in the database.
- Support Status: Displays whether the office has an active Paid Support account.
- Access to Help and Imaging: Displays whether the office has access to support-only Help and Imaging features.
- QR Code for Mobile Access to Help: Scan the QR code to allow mobile devices to view Open Dental documentation in the Help Feature via a mobile device.
