Adding a Single New Patient
- In the Main Toolbar, click Select Patient.
- In the Select Patient window, search for an existing patient. This helps make sure you don't create a duplicate patient.
- Click Add Pt.
- In the Edit Patient Information window, enter patient information. Some fields may be required depending on your office's settings.
- Click Save.
Adding an Entire Family
- In the Main Toolbar, click Select Patient.
- In the Select Patient window, search for an existing patient. This helps make sure you don't create a duplicate patient.
- Click Add Many.
- In the Add Family window, enter family members and patient information.
- Some information is automatically duplicated from the guarantor to other family members. You can edit information as needed.
- Address information is saved to all family members.
- Insurance plans can also be added from here.
- Click Save.
Adding a New Patient to an Existing Family
- Go to the Family Module.
- In the toolbar, click Add.
- In the Edit Patient Information window, enter patient information. Some details may be pre-filled from the guarantor.
- Click Save.
