Use the Telephone Numbers tools to reformat numbers.

In the Main Menu, click Tools, Misc Tools, Telephone Numbers.

This tool reformats telephone numbers in the following places:

• Patient phone numbers
• ICE phone numbers on patient notes
• Carrier phone numbers

Click Reformat.

The matches that are reformatted are as follows:
