How PaySuite Works
- Send claims from Open Dental.
- The insurance carrier adjudicates the claim and sends a claim response to the office.
- The insurance carrier send payment details and funds to Instream.
- Instream issues payment.
- Direct deposit and cashed cheque payments are automatically posted in Open Dental.
- Issued and future payments are listed in Open Dental along with any discrepancies.

Once you're signed up, use the credentials provided by Instream to set up the PaySuite bridge in Open Dental, then install the Open Dental Service and CCDWS.
