In the Main Menu, click Setup, Definitions, Insurance Verification Status.

The Insurance Verification Status definition determines the status options available in the Insurance Verification List.

Double-click an existing item or click Add to create a new item. The Edit Definition window will open.

Enter the status name and click OK to save. Usage cannot be added or edited.
