Delete an Appointment

Appointments should only be deleted if you make a mistake or if the patient does not want to reschedule at this time. 

If you choose to delete an appointment, the following occurs.

There are several ways to delete an appointment.

  • In the Appointment schedule:
    - Right click on the appointment, then select Delete.
    - Select the appointment, then click the action button (right side of window).
  • In the Chart module Progress Notes, right click the appointment, then click Delete.
